When I entered the school, several students had arrived. Later, many students came to the classroom skipping, playing with each other and holding light sticks.
Before long, we went straight to the army auditorium!
I saw that the 24 teams from grade one to grade six became a long queue with no head in front and no tail behind, walking on the right side of the road.
After sitting in the army auditorium for a while, the original dome light suddenly went out, and the exciting moment came! The host stepped onto the stage, invited the judges first, then invited the headmaster to speak, and then played the first program: Spring Festival Overture. The sound of the piano above spread throughout the hall like a melody, and everyone felt the breath of New Year's Day.
The first singer is in grade one. As soon as they appeared, the students raised their light sticks to cheer for them! The first-grade students sang English songs with nursery rhymes and recited some poems. It is worth mentioning that they recited the ancient poems we just learned! The students cheered and marveled, applauded and congratulated the first-year students, come on!
Subsequently, the second and third grades performed wonderful performances one after another and won warm applause.
When it was time for the fourth grade performance, we lined up backstage, and it was our turn! I am like a rabbit in my arms, trembling with nervousness, afraid to sing wrong or do something wrong. On the stage, we held our breath. After the two students recited, we sang "Listen to the Party Command Song" forcefully, followed by "Strict Discipline Song". When singing the second song, we sang a little fast. I heard the teacher at the bottom keep shouting, "Slow down! Steady! " But we sing too much!
At the end of the program, the teachers dressed in green military uniforms walked onto the stage one by one, standing on the stage with a heroic attitude and singing two military songs happily, which won the applause of the audience. The students shouted in unison: "Come on, teacher!" Teacher, come on! "The glow sticks in our hands are waving again!
