People write poems for various reasons. Some poems are for narration, or to describe something, which gives readers a strong impression. And some poems are to convey some feelings. Poets express their feelings with poems in many different formats. This article only talks about a few simple poems. The earliest poems written in English were nursery rhymes. Children learn nursery rhymes at an early age. Like the following nursery rhyme (a), it is still common today. These nursery rhymes can make playful children happy because they have a strong sense of rhythm and rhyme and are repeated many times. This is easy to learn and recite. Teach children to learn a language through word games in children's songs.

I saw the fish pond on fire.
I saw the fish pond burning,
I saw the house bow to the landlord,
I see people are 18 feet tall,
I saw the cottage in the suburbs,
I see balloons made of aluminum.
I saw a dead man in the coffin.
I saw two sparrows racing.
I saw two horses with embroidered bags.
I saw that girl like a cat,
I saw the kitten wearing a flowered hat.
I saw someone looking at it,
Strangely, it also puts real information.

Our first ball game.
We will win the championship. ...
If Jack scores that goal,
If we have a few minutes,
If we train more strictly,
If Ben passes the ball to Joe,
If there are a lot of fans cheering,
If I stare at the ball,
If we don't stay up late,
If we are not too careless,
If we weren't exhausted,
We will win the championship. ...
If we do better!

Where I am waiting for my husband, the river is surging.
A woman turned to stone and never looked back.
It rains every day in the mountains,
Stone and his party returned.
I kept this summer.

_ _ _ _ I will leave this summer,
It's all yours
When the snow falls for the first time,
Stop the winter morning.
I left the sunshine,
In case you need it.
In that place far away from darkness,
Your mind will be nourished.
When you were nineteen,
I cherish your smile.
When you grow up,
Only then did I know the secret of a young and brave smile.
I don't know what to do,
Help you embark on the journey of life.
The solution may be somewhere:
At the end of the day.
If you need love,
I will give you all my love.
It may be helpful to your journey.
Until you find your own love.
