How to understand the meaning of "I see" in poetry?

The images in my mind are spring breeze, green grass and tides, birds and so on. Characteristics of spring breeze: softness. Characteristics of grass: vigorous vitality. Characteristics of birds: full of vitality and flying high. These images paint a picture of peace, tranquility and vastness.

From my point of view:

I saw a late spring breeze quietly rubbing the rich grass. I saw them bow their heads, maybe there was a green tide in the water in the distance;

I watched the birds spread their wings and quietly sucked into the far-reaching clear sky. I watched the clouds glow slowly, inadvertently intoxicated in the land staring at it.

My opinion is a modern poem written by Mu Dan, which comes from Mu Dan's Poems and Songs. In this poem, the poet expresses his pursuit of leisure life by describing the spring breeze, birds and the natural scenery of the earth, and finally achieves the integration of nature and life.
