“The Tang rhyme and Hu Feng in the murals bear witness to the openness and tolerance of that distant and prosperous age.”
Glory of Kings Diao Chan’s new skin “Meet Hu Xuan” is online.
It is inspired by the mural "The Oriental Medicine Master Sutra" in Dunhuang Cave 220. This is the prototype of Diao Chan's new skin. It shows a popular Western dance in the Tang Dynasty, which is the Hu Xuan Dance.
Hu Xuanwu has two characteristics. The first is that she dances on this small round blanket. This blanket is also called a dance feast. The new skin of Diao Chan highly restores and reproduces the original painting, including the two deers in the center of the mural and the distressing of the surrounding color blocks.
The second is the "Hu Xuan Dance" itself. As the name suggests, when people spin, they have to turn as fast as the wind, and even their faces cannot be seen clearly. This time the skin’s appearance animation and return to town special effects, as well as Hu Xuanwu’s movements during the ultimate move, are all reflected. The dancing postures of the characters on the mural were also frozen during the animation. The color matching and movements of the characters on the mural, as well as the characteristics of Hu Xuan Dance itself, are very well reflected and restored.
