Originality and Appreciation of Mayakovski's Moonlit Scenery

The moonlit night is such a scene

Mayakovski [Soviet Union]

The moon will rise.

Light contact with silver.

Look, a full moon.

It's already floating in the air

This must be

For god's sake.

Use the silver spoon in the temple

Fish soup cooked by a fishing star.

Mayakovski's poems are outstanding and have a strong and distinct political consciousness. His "Mayakovski Poetic Style" (commonly known as "Stair Poetry") also influenced modern poets in China. Famous poets such as He Jingzhi and Guo Xiaochuan used his poetic style for reference and created a number of outstanding political lyric poems. However, it would be biased to think that all Mayakovski's poems are "political declarations". From Moonlit Night, we can see the feminine side of his poems.

"Scenery" means writing casually. This kind of poem is generally short in length.

The first four sentences are written from "the moon will rise" to "floating in the air" at the full moon. The poet's description of moonlight is accurate. The moon rises "slightly silver", and the moon rises "full moon" and "floating in the air".

The poet has a rich imagination. The last four sentences, "this must be" is a stroke of genius; "God" and "Fish soup cooked in a silver spoon in the temple/fishing for stars" have never appeared in other people's poems.

Without imagination, there is no poetry. The poet's imagination is the poet's creativity; In other words, the poet's creativity is largely reflected in his imagination. Imagination should be magical and reasonable. Imagine the moon as a "silver spoon", which is novel and conforms to the unique image of the moon.

An excellent poet must be able to master a variety of subjects and have several pairs of pen and ink. Moonlit Scenery can show us Mayakovski's poetic talents in many aspects.
