On Gu Cheng's poem On a Strange Street

Gu Cheng, a fairy tale poet, is very lonely inside. Like most poets of that era, he looked sad and sharp in front of reality. However, he is also the purest one in the world. He looked at the world with a child's mind and eyes, but what he saw was a dark and obscure side. So he expressed his love and evil with the most intimate words in his heart. On a strange street, why is the street strange? Because people's vulgarity and indifference to the spiritual world make him feel that this world is not the free and harmonious world with blue sky and white clouds in his imagination.
