Is the spring wind poetry or prose?

The Wind of Spring contains both poetry and prose.

Poetry is a literary genre that expresses emotions and aspirations. "Mao's Poems - Preface" records: "Poetry is the place of ambition. The ambition is in the heart, and the speech is poetry." Yan Yu's "Canglang Poetry Talk" of the Southern Song Dynasty says: "Poets sing about temperament." The only art of verbal expression is poetry.

Prose is a narrative literary genre that expresses the author's true feelings and has a flexible writing style. The term "prose" probably appeared during the period of Taiping and Xingguo in the Northern Song Dynasty (December 976-November 984). "Cihai" believes that since the Six Dynasties in China, in order to distinguish between rhyme and parallel prose, all prose articles (including classics, biographies and history books) that do not rhyme and do not rearrange couples are collectively called "prose". Later it refers to all literary genres except poetry.
