Wang Shouren, whose real name is Boan, posthumous title Yangming. In the eighth year of Chenghua (1472), Wang Shouren was born in Yuyao, Zhejiang. Most successful people come from poverty. At an early age, you have to go up the mountain to cut wood and go fishing in the sea. There are several sick relatives at home who go to Lacrimosa every day. This is almost routine. Unfortunately, Mr. Wang Shouren's situation is just the opposite.
Wang Shouren's family is a famous big landlord, very rich, and he also has a very famous ancestor-Wang Xizhi. I don't know if it's true or not, but with his family's conditions, even it's not surprising.
Most of the ancestors of the Wangs were officials. It is said that the ancestor Wang Gang used to be Liu Bowen's minion, and the highest one was Sipin. Although the descendants of later generations are similar, they are ok. When I arrived at Wang Shouren's father Wang Hua, things changed.
In the seventeenth year of Chenghua (148 1), Wang Shouren left Zhejiang at the age of ten and moved to Beijing with his family. Because of the smoke from his grave, his father Wang Hua won the highest award this year.
This is a great event for the Wangs, and Wang Hua's sense of responsibility has been greatly enhanced. After all, Lao Tzu is a hero, and he is already the top scholar. His son is not a fool if he can't surpass himself in the future. So he invited many teachers to teach Wang Shouren to read.
Ten-year-old Wang Shouren began to read four books and five classics. He understood quickly and was able to draw inferences, which surprised the old gentlemen, but soon, the teachers found bad signs.
According to Wang Zhuangyuan's teachers, Wang Shouren is not a good student, not sitting in a private school, but likes to dance with guns and read art books. He also likes to ask some strange questions and write some puzzling things, such as poems.
The mountain is smaller than the moon and the sidewalk is bigger than the moon.
If people's eyes are as big as the sky, they should see that the mountains are higher and the moon is wider.
In the eyes of gentlemen, this is an absurd limerick. After reading it, Wang Hua thought for a long time, called Wang Shouren and asked him a question: "Is learning boring?" Wang Shouren nodded his head. "Come with me to the customs."
Wang Hua is talking about Juyongguan, and he feels an unspeakable mystery from this poem. For the first time, he realized that his son was extraordinary. There was no room for him in the study, so Wang Hua decided to take him through the customs to broaden his horizons.
The name of this poem is A Room Covering the Moon, which was written by Wang Shouren when he was twelve years old. This is also his first poem that has been handed down through the ages.
This poem seems naive, with the charm of limerick, but full of mystery. Which is bigger, the mountain or the moon? The twelve-year-old boy gave a specious answer with his unique way of thinking and observation. His way of thinking was called dialectics by later generations.
Wang Yangming was born in a scholarly family in Yuyao, Zhejiang. Grandmother is a birthday girl who is over 0/00 years old. Her father, Wang Hua, was the first scholar in Chenghua in the 17th year of Ming Dynasty. She taught Emperor Xiaozong first, and then learned morality. Wang Yangming was born in his mother's womb for fourteen months. When he was born, his grandmother had a strange dream and saw a fairy taking a child to their house in the clouds.
Therefore, after Mr. Yang Ming was born, his grandmother named him "Yun" to commemorate this strange dream. After Mr. Yangming was born, it was still very strange. He can't speak at the age of five, so his family is naturally worried. Is this strange child dumb?
Later, a stranger came and said, "The child's name can't be Wang Yun, but Wang Shouren." So I changed his name.
At the age of fifteen, Wang Yangming began to travel around and went to Juyongguan and Shanhaiguan. I often sneak out of the Great Wall and enjoy the scenery of mountains and rivers. He not only likes to talk about military affairs, but also likes to ride horses and shoot arrows, which is of high level. However, his literary talent is even better than Wu slightly. By the age of 20, he had taken the provincial examination and got good grades. In the twelfth year of Hongzhi, he was admitted to Jinshi and became a national civil servant.

Wang Yangming's thought
Yangming school, also known as Wang Xue and Xue Xin, as a school of Confucianism, can be traced back to Mencius at the earliest, and it is a kind of Confucianism developed in Wang Shouren.
Judging from Wang Shouren's life experience, he was obviously influenced by Taoism more than Buddhism, but he could not do without the essence of Confucianism. Wang Shouren inherited Lu Jiuyuan's thought that "mind is reason" and opposed Cheng Yi and Zhu's method of "seeking truth from things".
Because things are endless and the style is boring, we advocate "to conscience" and look for "reasons" from our own hearts. "Reason" lies in man's "heart", which is transformed into everything in the universe, and man grasps its subtlety, so he grasps its essence.
In the relationship between knowledge and action, it is emphasized that knowledge is more important than action, and there are actions in knowledge and knowledge in action. The so-called "integration of knowledge and practice" is inseparable from the two. Knowledge must be manifested in behavior, if not, it can't be regarded as real knowledge.
