Yingzhou is a secluded place beyond the Great Wall. The ancient territory was desolate and the climate was cold. The objective environment has made the people here heroic, brave and martial. Therefore, emperors and prime ministers have appeared in all previous dynasties, and marshals and generals have appeared in all previous dynasties. Only the bachelor of arts are rare and few. Among the few literati, Cao in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties was undoubtedly the best among them.
Cao Qianzhi (? -1264), the word Yi Fu,No. Duizhai, from Jincheng County, Yingzhou. Because the Collected Works of Zhai has been lost, there is little information about him. One of his biographies wrote:
"Cao (? -1264), the word Yi Fu,No. Dunzhai, should come from Yunzhou. In the first year of Ding Jian's Jinshi Tianxing (1232), he served as an envoy of Zuosi in Shangshu Province and experienced the siege and fall of Bianjing. After Kim's death, he moved to Pingyang and lived in seclusion as a professor for more than 30 years. Yuan Haowen and I have deep feelings. When they were all provinces, they taught literature and poetry in Japan. Although it was in the maintenance room, I never stopped negotiating words. When he lived in Pingyang in seclusion, he was very careful about Fu Zi, the editor of Curious Poems. Broaden the scriptures and praise Elo. Caution, a word spoken, a promise recalled. There are 300 essays in ancient Chinese prose, named "Collected Works of Zhai", which have been lost. Wang Yun's preface:' Mr. Wang's works, with his explanation, know his words, feel his choice, speak in detail, have a muddy meaning and have a profound effect. The publication of Chen Yan is extremely complacent, but it is also restrained and law-abiding. It can be said that it has been changing, and people who have wine but don't mix are also' ".
This short biography outlines his life. I learned from other sources. Cao was born in a wealthy family, and his grandfather was Gao, the prime minister of the dynasty. Gao is also a native of Yingzhou, and he has a place in history because he founded the shoving method. However, when Cao entered the official career after the senior high school entrance examination, Gao had retired due to old age and died soon. So he didn't touch any light, so the official didn't do much. He was an official for a short time, but he encountered some important events, such as the Mongolian army going south, Bianjing being besieged by Cui Li, and forcing Liu Qi to erect a monument for him. This point is also mentioned in Liu Qi's Return to Qian Zhi. After Jin's death, he lived in seclusion in Pingyang (now Linfen) for 30 years, set up an account to teach students and teach two-way Neo-Confucianism. But it's not where it says die of old age. Instead, he went to Yingzhou, his hometown, where he lived in seclusion, studied in the mountains like a valley, and finally died of old age. Later generations called his secluded place Shutang Cliff, and the place name is still there.
Cao's Collected Works of Duizhai has been lost, but there are still some poems in Hefen Poetry and Yingzhou Annals edited by Yuan Dynasty, and some articles also quote fragments of his poems. There are not many poems, so it is better to copy them all;

The ancient prose was given a sundae, and the preparation ceremony attracted all the students.

After the sacrifice, drink the blessing and the rising sun is red.
There is an idiom called "Gui Zhelan's extinction", which comes from Cao's poem "Diaojun Neihan Zihe": "Mountain toad fights for fame, Gui Zhelan extinguishes resentment."
In addition, Cao has some poems scattered in ancient and modern documents and cursive scripts. For example, in Dongpo Poem Red Cliff Map, "Tang Xue reads behind closed doors, floating like flowing water", "The guest's tears don't agree with the autumn rain, and the homesickness apricot flies in the clouds" and so on.
Although there are not many poems, it can be seen from these poems that their level is high, which can be regarded as the demeanor of famous poets in China.
Yuan Haowen, a famous poet, is not only a colleague of Cao, but also a close friend of the poetry circle. In the Complete Works of Yuan Yishan, there are two poems presented to Cao by Yuan Haowen:
Yi Fu, whom Cao Di met, stayed for three days, which greatly comforted the memory for many years. Its lines are also a long sentence. My brother's recent poems exceeded his desire, so he tried to encourage them.
