The Unnamed Poetry Festival of Peking University was founded in 2000, and it was the sixth in 2005. It is the most influential poetry festival in domestic universities. Since the establishment of Peking University Poetry Center in 2004, the New Poetry Institute, one of its institutions, has also participated in the sponsorship. As one of the organizers, Peking University New Poetry Research Institute also launched the first batch of series publications "New Poetry Review" and "New Poetry Research Series" during the Poetry Festival, both of which were published by Peking University Publishing House.
