Brief introduction of Pei Ovov
Beowulf (also translated as Beowulf) is a legendary Scandinavian hero from Ye Zhi tribe. His heroic achievements are recorded in an epic in the 8th century-one of the earliest English literary works that have been handed down to this day. This Anglo-Saxon epic was first circulated among British people, and a manuscript appeared in the 10 century. The whole poem is more than 3000 lines, divided into two parts. The background of the original work is Scandinavia, which was brought to England by the Anglo-Saxons. It was handed down orally in the 5th century. It belonged to pagan poetry at that time, and was later compiled into words. Perhaps because of the spread of Christianity, Christian elements were added and they were no longer pagans.
