It should be "A song of Everlasting Regret is charming, and ten Qin chants are almost serious."
It means: A "Song of Everlasting Regret" is charming and beautiful. Purpose, the ten "Qin Yin" poems are similar to the "elegant poems" in the "Book of Songs".
Bai Juyi "Compiled my humble poems into 15 volumes. Because of the last volume, the play was given to Yuan Jiu and Li 20":
An everlasting regret is charming,
p>
Ten Qin chants are almost in tune.
Every time the rhythm is stolen by the old man,
I have to teach Li Fu Ge Xing hard.
There should be no distinction between wealth and honor in the world.
Posthumous articles are all famous.
Don’t blame the rude words,
Fifteen volumes of poems have been newly arranged.
In the 10th year of Yuanhe (815), the poet Bai Juyi was slandered and demoted to Jiangzhou (today's Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province) because he was outspoken in the court and wrote allegorical poems to criticize the current ills. This offended the powerful. During this period, the poet was extremely depressed. From the letter he wrote to his friend Yuan Zhen, "Yuan Jiu Shu", we can see that the poet made a comprehensive summary and review of his life and creative path for half his life. He was painful and angry, but he had no regrets about his pursuit. He believed that "poets are too lazy" and this has been the case since ancient times. Li and Du, his predecessors, also lived in poverty all their lives. "It is natural to be poor today." Although he was in the political career Although he suffered setbacks in his career, the hundreds of poems he wrote over the years are enough to make him proud. Therefore, he "reviewed Nanggui" and divided about 800 poems into four categories: allegorical poems, leisure poems, sentimental poems, and miscellaneous poems, compiled into fifteen volumes, and compiled this poem. The title of the poem is "The play is given to Yuan Jiu and Li 20". The former refers to Yuan Zhen (Weizhi) and the latter refers to Li Shen, both of whom are friends of the poet Bai Juyi. It can be seen that this poem is not only the poet's inscription for his own collection of poems, but also a gift to a friend. It is also a "playful gift", which means it also means joking with friends.
There are eight lines in the poem. The poet first cites the most famous and widely circulated masterpiece among all his poems to show his creative intentions. "Eternal Regret" refers to the famous long poem "Song of Everlasting Regret" written by the poet in the first year of Yuanhe. This poem narrates the love tragedy between Tang Xuanzong and Yang Guifei. It contains some satire on Tang Xuanzong's emphasis on sex and his country's misadventure. Therefore, he believed that his poems were charming and beautiful. "Qin Yin" refers to a set of famous allegorical poems reflecting the suffering of the people - "Qin Zhong Yin" written by the poet during the Zhenyuan and Yuanhe periods. "Zhengsheng" refers to the "elegant poetry" in the Book of Songs. "The Preface to Poetry" says: "Elegance means righteousness, and it tells the reason why the king's government was abolished and prospered." There are many political satirical poems in elegant poetry. Bai Juyi specifically listed these works of his, intending to show his thoughts on intervening reality with poetry and his successful practice.
Under the third and fourth lines of the poem, the poet once noted: "On the ninth day of the Yuan Dynasty when I went to Jiangling, I tried to present a scroll of clumsy poems as a gift, which was a change of style." He also noted: "Li Er Ten tastes of self-conceited songs, and I have recently seen fifty Yuefu poems, and I feel silent. "Yuan Zhen's poetry was inspired by Bai Juyi. Li Shen and Bai Juyi both wrote Yuefu poems, but Bai Juyi's new Yuefu poems came later, which made Li Shen himself. Sigh, Yuan Zhen is called "Lao Yuan" here, and Li Shen is called "Duan Li" (Li Shen was short in stature, so he was called "Duan Li" at the time), so he is also called "Stealing" and "Fu" (i.e. (submit, be convinced) is a play between friends, which also shows the close relationship between the three poets Yuan, Li and Bai. The poem goes on to say, "There should be no distinction between wealth and honor in the world, and the articles behind you will be famous." This is the poet's complaint combined with his own fate. Wealth and honor in the world are envied by everyone, but I have no share in fate. It seems that I can only comfort myself by having a literary name behind me. Although there is self-reliance on one's poetic talent here, it also contains injustice and bitterness. Later, when Bai Juyi met Liu Yuxi, his friend who had been slandered and demoted, he wrote an impromptu poem as a gift to each other. One of the poems goes like this: "The poem says that the country's servants are just for you, but life is weighing on the head and there is no help. The scenery is lonely when you look up, and the official position in the dynasty is lonely." "It's a waste of time." Although this is said about the poet Liu Yuxi's experience, it is also the poet's own voice. Finally, the poet used a pretentious and proud tone to boast about his proud mood after compiling a new collection of poems.
From the perspective of writing background, the poet's emotions in this poem are complex. On the surface, it is self-respect, a boast of his own article, and a joke on his friends, but in essence It is full of injustice, bitterness and self-deprecation, and of course pride in one's own talents. Judging from the style of the entire poem, it can be said to be both solemn and humorous. It is called "Tijuan" and is not limited to recording events; it is called "play gift" and is not just a joke. The whole poem is neatly contrasted and coherent, and contains deep meaning in lighthearted ridicule. It is thought-provoking and admirable after reading.
