The boss is a layman, he doesn't know anything, doesn't work, gives orders, what if something happens?

Some leaders can only do three things: get rid of the shopkeeper, know nothing, command blindly, make a few words casually, let you do it, all by yourself, and work hard! The second is to throw the pot. As a result, we argue for this, blame our subordinates for their mistakes, and let them bear the mistakes of the leaders without taking responsibility.

What should I do if I meet such a leader? First of all, it depends on whether you want to continue working in this unit. If there is, then stick to it and do what you like! He likes flattery, so you don't have to pat it hard. You won't lose anything anyway. If you don't want to continue, tear your face off. If you encounter this kind of leadership scum, leave your job and be fired! Of course, this is an extreme idea or practice.

On the other hand, with such a virtuous and incompetent leader, you can only change yourself but not the status quo, and that money is not easy to get. Moreover, such a leader will not be a great leader, and he will not go too far without the pattern and ability. If you have the potential to become a leader, then you are a dragon, constantly improving your ability and quality. There will be a bright future one day. Of course, under this leadership, you should learn to take formal responsibility and get in the way for this leader. Will you still be grateful?

Working under such a leader, we can pay attention to three principles.

First, use more words to explain. You must be careful when dealing with such leaders. In order to keep his official position, he sacrificed his subordinates and never blinked. So don't trust his verbal promises. When asking for instructions, try to use more words, such as formal writing, and submit them to him for approval. As long as he signed it in black and white, he can't shirk it if he wants to. Verbal instructions are lip service, and if there is a problem, he will let you take the blame.

Second, keep a good log. Be sure to get into the good habit of writing a work log. Some things are inconvenient to ask for instructions in words, or the work he assigned orally. You should always record them for future reference: when, where, what he said, who was there at that time, even what clothes he wore and what he took. Once something goes wrong, you can clean yourself up by tracing it down.

Three, he hides, you also hide. As a subordinate, there is no need to be afraid of him hiding behind. He is the leader, and if something happens, he is the first responsible person. He hides, and you can hide. For example, if you encounter a problem, you can directly push it to him: "I can't decide this matter, you'd better go to my leader." Or a superior leader to track down. You can give a quick push: "We don't know much about this matter. You'd better ask our leader. " No one is more stupid than anyone else, and no one can play Tai Chi Chuan.
