The original text and translation of the ancient poem Red Bean

1. Original text:

when those red berries come in springtime, flushing on your southland branches.

take home an armful, for my sake, as a symbol of our love.

2. Translation:

Glittering red beans are produced in Lingnan;

spring has come, and it's time to grow leafy.

I hope you can pick it more and wear it inlaid;

this thing can best contain feelings!
