This poem was written by Li Bai when he left Chang 'an in the third year of Tianbao, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty (744). At the beginning of the poem, he wrote about his friend's deep affection for Li Bai and his regret that such a genius was abandoned, so he spared no expense to hold a banquet to see him off. In the face of such fine wine and food on weekdays and the hospitality of friends, Li Bai is sure to drink a thousand cups. But today he picked up the glass and put it down, picked up the chopsticks and put it down; He left the table, drew his sword, looked around and was in a daze. The four continuous movements of stopping, throwing, pulling and caring vividly show the poet's inner depression and emotional agitation. But the poet was at a loss. He was unwilling to be depressed, because he suddenly gained confidence from the experiences of Lu Shang and Yi Yin. Although the reality is so difficult and the road is so bleak, the poet's tenacious self-confidence and strong demand to actively use the world finally freed him from the anguish of wandering and believed that he would reach the other side of the ideal one day.
