On The Desert from Good Poems of the Day

Sand? neutral

Tamia Liu

There is a lot of sand in front of us.

We are strangers.

But meet in the distance

But a bird is determined to break through the world of sand

It flashed through the air screaming.

Seems to be urging me on my way.

Compared with birds, I am so hesitant.

It broke into the desert alone.

Swirls under wings

I stand under the vertical sky.

My body is sweating.

Everything written is illusory.

Comment on many sands in front of us. The original meaning of "desert" can be understood as the unknown confusion and hardship on the road of life. "We don't know each other, but we meet in the distance." As the price of growth, people must go through ups and downs and accept the test of life. Therefore, although the desert of life is strange, everyone can't avoid it and must face it. "But there is a bird, and it is determined to fly over the world of sand. It is screaming and flying in the air, as if urging me to continue my way. " The bird determined to fly over the sand sea is brave, and it can become an indomitable force in itself. Newborn calves are not afraid of tigers, and go forward regardless of all difficulties. This kind of power is urging me to accept the challenge of fate. It can also be the heroic incarnation of the brave in the past, opening up a road for myself and urging me to get on the road. Next, the martyr image of "bird" is more specific. "It broke into the desert alone, and its wings rolled into a whirlpool." Like Haiyan challenging the sea, the brave bird has rushed to the desert. I hesitate. Standing under the vertical sky, it seems to me that crossing the desert is more difficult than climbing into the sky. "My body is sweating, and everything I write is useless", which is both a true writing and an allusion. I overcame myself and dared to explore the unknown life. I worked hard and sweated, but the footprints I stepped on were useless, just like those in the desert, and they were all gone when the wind blew them away. I must be like a brave bird, flapping its wings to set off a whirlpool in the sand sea, to conquer the desert and find an oasis of life.

This is a symbolic poem, which reveals everyone's ideological struggle and hesitation in the face of unknown difficulties that may arise in their life journey. Poetry is not obscure, as clear as words, but it contains profound meanings. It's really a good poem.
