Ability (1934) Lyrics: Lu () Composition: I remember when I was a child, I loved chatting and you loved laughing. Once sat side by side under a peach tree, and the wind roared in the forest. We don't know why we are sleepy, and how many flowers we know in our dreams.
This warm and nostalgic poem was written by Mr. (Lu) in 1934, and composed by Mr. Lu for the first music textbook in China. The original meaning of "ability" is "the original thing" or "the thing at that time"
The word "sleepy" in the original poem "We don't know how to get sleepy" is so vulgar that it is changed to "asleep", so what we see now is "we don't know how to fall asleep". "How many flowers are known in a dream" is often used as "How many flowers are known in a dream".
This poem was quoted by writers San Mao and Jing M.Guo in How Many Flowers Fall in a Dream, so that it was mistaken for their works.
