History and culture
As one of the birthplaces of Wu culture, culture can be traced back to 2500 years ago. As early as the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, Hu Fen was the boundary river of wuyue, and it was a battleground for military strategists, leaving behind the eternal swan song of "crossing the ancient beach with Xu Tan".
Hufen Lake culture embodies the characteristics of Jiangnan water town. Simple folk songs are an important branch of folk songs, which reproduce the connotation of Wu culture. Lili was once the activity center of Nanshe poets, and many Nanshe poems were born here. Culture has thrived in this "water town" and many wonderful chapters have been born.
