According to historical records, He Zhizhang, a great writer in the prosperous Tang Dynasty, was born in Yongxing, Yuezhou, which is now Shushan Street, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. He Zhizhang was the first of the "Four Scholars of Wu Zhong" who was famous in Chang 'an at that time, and made great achievements in politics, literature and calligraphy. His poems "Ode to Willow" and "Hometown Couplet Books (Two)" are the necessary articles for the enlightenment of Tang poetry, which are included in Chinese textbooks and widely circulated among ordinary people. Xiaoshan, the hometown of He Zhizhang, is the gathering place of three poetic roads, namely, the Tang Poetry Road in East Zhejiang, the Grand Canal Poetry Road and the Qiantang River Poetry Road, and it is also the only county in China that is associated with all three poetic roads at the same time.

3. Technical requirements
The works shall be in electronic format, and the format of the entries shall be not less than A4 format (21mm×297mm), with a resolution of not less than 3dpi, and the color mode shall be CMYK, and submitted in JPG format. Each entry must include:

5. Participation method

Chang Hong
JoeChang, a graduate of the printmaking department of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, studied in graduate department, Tama University of Fine Arts, Tokyo, Japan in 1988, and has been the animation director of the Canadian National Film Board (NFB) since 1997. In 22, he returned to China and founded the animation major of China Academy of Fine Arts. He was the first director of animation department, and once served as vice president, professor, tutor for master students and doctoral students of Media Animation Institute. Since September 29, he has served as dean, professor and tutor of master students of Zhejiang University of Technology. At present, he is an independent animation artist, Professor school of visual arts, and artistic director of Hangzhou Qinglv Culture and Technology Company.

Nie Jun is a famous comic book and picture book writer. Over the years, he has continuously created a series of works such as My Street, Diu Diu and Sunflower Boy, which have been published in China, France, the United States and Italy. He has successively won the Best Comic Award and the Best Creator or Team Award of China Culture and Art Government Award, and the Best Comic Gold Award of Jinlong Award, and was selected into the original animation support program of "Motive Force" China, nominated for the 13th National Art Exhibition, and shortlisted for the eisner International Comic Award.
