Liu Jianying was born in Qingdao, Shandong, and grew up in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province in July 1962. Master of Arts, member of China Democratic National Construction Association. I graduated from China Food Correspondence University first, then from Hebei College of Literature, majoring in journalism and literature, and then graduated from the advanced research class of the Institute of Journalism and Culture of China Academy of Management Sciences. He used to be the editor-in-chief of Quzhou Youth Daily, the reviewer of Quzhou Daily, the editor of Quzhou City Records and Quzhou Yearbook, and now he is the deputy editor and executive editor of 21st Century Forum, and the deputy editor of Yanhuang Cup works. He is a member of Chinese Poetry Society, Zhejiang Poetry Society, Quzhou Poetry Society and Writers Association.
