How to write the advice to the Chinese teacher? Grade?Six
Some suggestions for Chinese teachers: time flies, and the years are traceless. Unconsciously, I have been teaching for more than ten years; Unconsciously, on the platform of Chinese teaching, one stop is more than ten years. I love my career, and I love my major. I always feel that the harvest of being a teacher is "planting a seed in spring and harvesting 10 thousand millet in autumn"; I always feel that the taste of being a Chinese teacher is like old wine. The longer it takes, the more mellow it becomes ... the harvest is mellow, but it may be intoxicated behind it. When I'm drunk, I'm not very sober ... 10 years ago, I worked for less than two years and was lucky enough to win the prize in the municipal Chinese evaluation class. At that time, my novelty and love for Chinese teaching was all the motivation for me to study textbooks and teaching methods tirelessly. I remember borrowing someone else's blackboard design once and I couldn't put it down. But there was nowhere to buy and I couldn't keep it for myself, so I was busy in bed for three days during the holiday and copied nearly 100 pages with pictures and texts! Later, this handwritten blackboard design accompanied my desk for many years. It took a lot of effort to prepare lessons at that time, and I was willing to listen to many opinions. I remember once giving an open class "Suzhou Gardens", which was carefully prepared for several days in advance. After a class, I felt good about myself, but I still humbly asked the teacher one by one with a notebook. After a lap, I actually recorded more than 40 opinions! Now think about the harvest at that time, it is really getting richer every day! But I don't know when, with the growth of age, there is more rationality and less enthusiasm; More experience, less innovation. I always feel that I have a good idea of the content of the textbook and I always feel familiar with the classroom. I don't know the law of development of things, and sometimes it will be reversed. Many lessons will indeed become valuable experiences after summing up. However, if I regard my years of experience as a classic and blindly stick to the rules, it may become a new lesson, an insurmountable obstacle to surpassing myself and a bottleneck for the development of Chinese teaching in the new era. Practice has proved that the ending of standing still can only be standing still! "Look ahead and look back", really wake up! Thank you for the training activities of junior middle school Chinese backbone teachers jointly organized by the Education Bureau of our city and No.27 Middle School. After listening to the wonderful lectures of several young Chinese teachers in No.27 Middle School, I was fortunate enough to speak freely with more than 50 backbone Chinese teachers from all over the city. I was deeply moved and encouraged by the joy. I began to deeply reflect on my own problems in teaching. After I came back, I listed it carefully and found that these problems are actually the problems of many teachers around me, especially those who have many years of teaching experience. I wrote down some requirements for myself, which is a warning to my Chinese teaching and a reminder to my colleagues who have the same problem. Change it if you have it, and encourage it if you don't! (1) Don't lose the foundation. As Chinese teachers, when we want to explain an article, we often like to lead students to appreciate the plot structure and artistic features of the article, to tell students about the use of rhetoric, the setting of suspense, and the characteristics of people and things ... It seems that these are all "technical" knowledge, but we often ignore or disdain the teaching of basic knowledge. They think this is the focus of primary school learning. In fact, the primary school stage is only the beginning. However, a large number of fresh words need to be accumulated, and common words that are easy to be confused and misunderstood need us to continue to guide students to analyze, such as the sound, shape, meaning, part of speech, emotional color and stylistic color of words, the type characteristics of phrases, the sentence components of simple sentences, the related words used to distinguish relationships in double complex sentences, and the modification of sick sentences. Everyone should give some systematic explanations. However, many teachers think that the senior high school entrance examination in our province has not involved such problems for many years, so they always give up boldly in teaching, but practice has proved that standardized grammar teaching is beneficial to students' Chinese learning. In recent years, our senior high school entrance examination proposers have also noticed this. And it has been reflected in the test paper. The phenomenon that many candidates lose points in the basic knowledge part of the senior high school entrance examination paper also reflects the weakness of our basic knowledge teaching. Maybe some things will not be directly related to the entrance examination, but we should fully realize the importance of basic knowledge, be strict, make unremitting efforts, step by step, and every little makes a mickle. After a long time, the hidden and long-term effects of solid basic knowledge will be highlighted. It is of great benefit to students' training activities such as listening, speaking, reading and writing. (2) Don't throw away the contents of the textbook for many years. The Chinese test questions in the senior high school entrance examination in our province remain basically unchanged because of the principle of stability: ancient poetry dictation, classical Chinese reading, modern Chinese reading and writing. Later, the examination of masterpieces, basic knowledge and comprehensive activity ability was added. But two things remain the same: classical Chinese is always in the textbook. Modern Chinese is always outside the text, which makes some Chinese teachers have a self-adjusting lesson plan: I will focus on classical Chinese and ancient poems, and choose all the versions listed in the curriculum standard together, that is, we often say 16 classical Chinese and 34 ancient poems, and the rest will not be explained and analyzed, especially in the review stage of Grade Three. Modern Chinese reading is more free and flexible, because we know that we will never take the original text, so we are bold. The reading and learning of classical Chinese and ancient poetry is to let our students be influenced by classical culture and accumulate profound national cultural details. In the three years of junior high school, there are a large number of high-quality masterpieces in all versions of Chinese textbooks, so that students can read more when they are teenagers with strong memories. This is actually a valuable asset for him, not an unnecessary burden. The reading ability of classical Chinese and the appreciation ability of ancient poetry will be improved. Therefore, we do not advocate delimiting only 16 poems and 34 poems. However, our current textbooks, whether classical Chinese or modern Chinese, do not distinguish between reading and self-reading. If we deal with them carefully, the task is really big, what should we do? My method is that each unit focuses on explaining a classical Chinese and a modern Chinese, and the others are dealt with in the form of reading training. Classical Chinese focuses on grasping wonderful paragraphs or sentences, so that students can read them carefully, dredge the meaning according to the accumulated knowledge of classical Chinese, and then the teacher designs questions so that students can learn to appreciate them from different angles. Students have a deep understanding of the works. Reciting wonderful paragraphs or sentences is not a big problem. Modern texts are classified and positioned according to the three-point method (narrative description and demonstration) or the four-point method (novel poetry and drama prose), and the common problems of each style and the way of thinking to solve them are summarized. If the typical articles in the textbook are carefully analyzed and expounded, it can really get twice the result with half the effort. For example, China has Mao Yisheng's Stone Arch Bridge, Wu Han's Talking about Bones, Lu Xun's From Baicaoyuan to Santan Printing the Moon, Chekhov's Chameleon, poetry has Yu Guangzhong's Homesickness, and prose has Zhu Ziqing's Spring. Ask students to design their own questions and give complete answers. The teacher just makes appropriate supplements. In this way, every article. From the sound, form and meaning of words to the emotional color of words, to rhetorical methods, to the text structure, to the description of scenery, to people and stories, from the description of objects, to the description of language and content, to the argumentation of arguments and arguments ... In the process of answering questions, students eliminated the mystery of questions and the tension of doing them, exercised their ability of analysis and generalization, not only completed their learning tasks, but also improved their reading level. Of course, teachers should be good at summing up. Let students learn to do "this kind of problem" instead of "this kind of problem". In a word, it is much better to study in a down-to-earth and systematic way than to let students blindly and scatteredly do a lot of shoddy extracurricular reading problems without textbooks. It is much better for students to answer questions independently than for teachers to cram them on the blackboard. It is also better for students to communicate and cooperate with each other and discuss problems together than simply one-on-one question-and-answer education between teachers and students. But sometimes our teacher just can't let go of a boxing heart. We always think it's a waste of time, so many problems are taught by ourselves in one class, even if they are quoted by others. Full of emotions, but the students in the audience were ungrateful, and some even sleepwalked to Duke Zhou. In fact, we don't have to work so hard as teachers, but we need skills. Before the last class, we should skillfully design questions according to the key and difficult points of this class, try our best to arouse students' enthusiasm and guide them to think independently and explore cooperatively. The principles and methods experienced by students themselves are impressive and unforgettable for life. Of course, this requires teachers to work hard after class. This is called taking time off from class. Don't be reluctant to try. Maybe students will give you many unexpected surprises and surprises in class! (4) Don't lose emotional education. We used to talk about moral education, but I always think that the word emotion covers a wider range, including the education of students' aesthetic ability, emotional tendency, personality development, moral quality and temperament. At this point, Chinese class is a well-deserved position and frontier. Think about it, what other course can be as beautiful, subtle, concise and profound as Chinese, which contains so much truth, goodness and beauty. However, as soon as we have a class, it is often the convergence of old and new knowledge, the division of examination scope, the analysis of key and difficult points, and the listing of major issues and minor issues. We often ignore that without emotional nourishment, the Chinese classroom is a barren desert. The pure beauty of human nature in Picking Ears of Wheat, the sadness of growing up in Daddy and I wonder how many blossoms were broken, the wisdom and eloquence in Yan Zi's Making Chu, the loyalty to the liver and bravery in Tang Drama, Fan Zhongyan's Sorrow before Happiness in Qin Wang's Robbery of An Lingjun, and Du Zimei's There are always beautiful thoughts in Linglong Articles. I hope that Chinese class will become the first class for children to grow up in truth, goodness and beauty. (5) Don't lose the teaching of writing. I found that our students' writing ability is really poor! To tell the truth, sometimes when I look at the collected students' homework, my head gets bigger. Why? Dirty, messy and ugly! I will count their composition scores in the test paper, and the dirty words are basically below the second grade. There are many reasons for students' poor writing, such as not laying a good foundation in primary school and having too much homework to practice, such as the popularity of keyboard input in the internet age ... but a very important reason is that we don't pay attention to it as Chinese teachers. I think it is necessary to offer writing classes every week. At present, the state attaches great importance to people's writing ability of Chinese characters, and is ready to mark students' writing. Regardless of quality education or exam-oriented education, our Chinese teachers should at least teach students a beautiful hard pen. Also, for us students, don't lose patience, don't lose enthusiasm, and don't lose the environment of Chinese teaching; Don't lose fairness, don't lose justice, don't lose those so-called underachievers ... for ourselves, don't lose the seriousness of our profession and our enthusiasm for work; Do not lose continuous improvement and enrichment, and do not lose continuous improvement and progress; Don't lose the habit of communicating with colleagues, and don't lose every opportunity to learn from colleagues.
