Later, Bai Juyi wrote 50 new Yuefu poems, which officially marked the name of the new Yuefu. In this way, the massive new Yuefu movement began. As a poetry movement, the creation of new Yuefu is not limited to writing new Yuefu, but also ancient Yuefu.
