Four short poems about disease prevention

It is not good to prevent infectious diseases in spring.

Remember the knowledge of health care, and don't go to see a doctor when you are sick.

Don't laugh when you are sick.

Damming before the flood, nip in the bud. It's better to see a doctor than to be healthy without illness. Wash clothes and bathe frequently, so you won't get sick and be healthy. Be careful from the mouth, cleanliness from the mouth first. Keep the disease from the mouth, and good health will add luster to life. Rough tea and light rice can support people, and diet is less sick. Overeating is easy to get sick, and regular quantitative health is safe. Seedling growth is vigorous, except pests, and people who quit smoking and drinking are strong. A bowl of mung bean soup on a hot day is a good way to clear away heat and relieve summer heat. If you want to be strong and less sick, take a walk every day and do morning exercises. Exercise is like ganoderma lucidum. If you keep exercising, you will live longer.
