2. Click the "+"button and select the video you want to upload.
3. Click "Location" in the lower right corner of the publishing page, select the shooting location of the video or manually search for the same city that you want to contribute.
4. Before confirming to upload the video, you can make your submission visible in the same city by selecting the "Visible in the same city" option.
5. Click the Publish Video button. After uploading, you can share and browse in the same city.
