During the period of 1994, Shi Yang's online poetry creation reached its peak, and hundreds of poems were published on Chinese news groups and Chinese poetry websites on the Internet at the rate of one poem per day, and his published works appeared on the Internet and major online journals in China. The mass publication of Shiyang's poems has prompted more online poets to appear constantly.
On 1995, Shiyang founded the world's first online Chinese poetry magazine Olive Tree, and served as the first and second editor-in-chief.
