Disadvantages: Xia Zhiqing commented on Bingxin's Superman in the history of modern novels in China. He believes that this article expounds the author's view of love, "but these novels are full of infatuated praise for the moon, stars and maternal love, which is a complete abuse of feelings." Indeed, because Bing Xin was born in a wealthy family, she studied in a missionary girls' school for six years, then studied in yenching university, went to Wellesley College in the United States for further study after graduation, and then returned to yenching university to teach. Her life has been smooth sailing, which has also led her to become a rather emotional writer, who often can't help but talk about reason, preach and overflow with feelings. The smooth life has made her warm and emotional brushwork, but it has also imprisoned her writing style and connotation.

My humble opinion is just preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination and reviewing Bing Xin. Stars and Spring Water were written by Bing Xin under the influence of Tagore, but obviously, there are differences between the two grades. Bing Xin is too addicted to these feelings of kindness and maternal love, probably because she has always been smooth sailing, without any major twists and turns, and has studied in the church for six years, which is relatively early. She started writing poems and essays at school. If you have read Tagore's poems, you will find that his content is very rich, and it is by no means limited to a small scope. Bing Xin's poems are nothing more than her love philosophy, such as childhood, kindness, maternal love, and many of Bing Xin's words are preaching, so reading too much will inevitably be boring. Look at Bing Xin's other articles, such as Wu, Farewell, Loneliness, and Leaving Home for a Year. Most of them are similar emotional trends, and often they can't help but say, "Look how much a mother loves her son." Or the sentence "Mother, you are a lotus leaf, I am a red lotus. Except for you, who is my shade under the empty sky?" I have never forgotten this poem since the third grade of primary school, including "Flower of Success ……", "Childhood is the truth in a dream, a dream in reality, a tearful smile when recalling" and so on. Does this also mean that Bing Xin's poems are still easy to remember? hahaha. In a word, if we look at Superman after 90, it must be certain. It does have some merits, which is also the characteristic and strength of Bing Xin's writing. Of course, thousands of people have different views. )
