Please note that it is not "Baishan Pavilion", but "Baishan Pavilion"! During the Republic of China, Baishan Pavilion was described as a top secret prison. Up to now, Baishan Pavilion is most proud that no prisoner escaped from Baishan Pavilion alive. According to legend, only the dead come out of Baishan Pavilion. The detention mode of Baishan Pavilion was also designed by American prison experts. Paying attention to security is one of the guarantees to put an end to all prison breaks, and the management system of Baishan Pavilion is also an almost abnormal management system drifting between barbarism and pseudo-civilization. In the TV series Youth Blindness, the prototype of Baishan Pavilion is Baigongguan. Bai Mansion in Chongqing was originally the villa of Sichuan warlord Bai Juyi, hence its name. 1939, the Kuomintang Military Bureau converted this place into a prison. 1943, the Sino-American Cooperation Institute was changed into the first prison. The prison is backed by Gele Mountain, surrounded by high walls, and there are sentry boxes and bunkers on the commanding heights outside the walls. The door is closed all the year round, and only a small door is opened on the side to communicate with the outside world. There are 20 cells in the prison. Baigongguan is located in the suburb of Shapingba, Chongqing. This used to be the suburban villa of Sichuan warlord Bai Juyi. Since 1938, it has been regarded as a secret prison by the Kuomintang secret service. Anti-Japanese patriotic general Huang Xiansheng, president of Tongji University Zhou Junshi, patriots Liao Chengzhi, party member Song Qiyun, Xu Linxia and his youngest son "Little Radish Head" were all imprisoned here. The famous novel Red Rock reproduces the cruel and horrible imprisonment life in prison and the firm belief of revolutionaries. At its peak, more than 200 "political prisoners" were held here. 1939, Dai Li, the head of the military area command spy, selected him as the detention center directly under the military area command for the sake of confidentiality of interrogation and detention. The gate of the former White Mansion was closed all day, and it went in and out through the small door on the side. The original storage room was turned into a dungeon, and the original air-raid shelter was turned into a torture hole. Slogans such as "Be faithful in your thoughts, settle for second best" and "Be loyal without profit, and Ming Dow doesn't care about merit" are hung on the walls of the hospital. 1943 After the establishment of the Sino-American Cooperation Institute, Bai Mansion was changed into a hostel for American soldiers in China, and 1945 was reopened as a special detention center. On the eve of liberation, in addition to more than 20 "political prisoners" such as Huang Xiansheng and Xu Xiaoxuan who were detained after the ex-dividend prison was abolished, 30 anti-Japanese patriotic generals such as Huang Xiansheng, Conghua Zhou, Zhou Junshi and Zhang Ze were sent to the Second Detention Center of Chongqing Hangyuan, as well as the president of Tongji University, Zhou Junshi, patriot Liao Chengzhi, party member Song Qiyun, Xu Linxia and their youngest son "Little Robutou". The famous novel Red Rock reproduces the cruel and horrible imprisonment life in prison and the firm belief of revolutionaries. At its peak, more than 200 "political prisoners" were held here. Bai Mansion is a revolutionary relic, which reminds future generations of the heroic spirit of that year and sighs for it. Friends who travel to Chongqing must not miss it.
Hope to adopt.
