Emily Dickinson

If I hadn't seen the sun

Chinese translation (1)

I could have put up with the darkness

If I hadn't seen the sun

However, the sunshine makes me desolate.

If I have never seen the sun, I will become a new desolation.

I can stand the darkness;

But now, the sun has put my loneliness

Shine more desolate
