(659-700), born in Ningren, was a famous poet in the early Tang Dynasty. Jinshi in the first year of Tang Ruizong civilization (684) was appreciated by Wu Zetian because of the article "A Hearsay into Beijing". He served as Lin Tai Orthography and Right Addendum. Later, with Wu Youyi's expedition to Qidan, she made many remonstrances, but she was dismissed and demoted instead of being adopted. In 698, he resigned and returned to his hometown. He was framed by the greedy county magistrate Duan Jian and died in prison.
Chen Ziang once put forward some reform proposals in the political field. In terms of literature, in view of the flashy poetic style in the early Tang Dynasty, he advocated restoring the style of Han and Wei dynasties and opposed the formalistic style of writing since Qi and Liang Dynasties. It is advocated that the content of poetry should reflect the social reality and abandon the style of "adopting beauty to contend for complexity". His own "Youzhou Tower" and "Feeling" are the most famous. His simple and clear style, desolate and intense, marked the change of poetic style in the early Tang Dynasty and was highly praised by Du Fu, Han Yu and others. Chen Boyu's collection.
