Human feelings in the world are changing rapidly, how to deal with them?

Adversity comes, prosperity is due, and human feelings are sparse. Why do you fight for me in your dreams? Let go and see Gan Kun. -Goode

This is an inspirational poem that talks about two questions:

First, what should I do if I feel powerless when I encounter setbacks? When adversity comes, how to deal with it?

In this world, you can't live in prosperity all your life, and you won't always encounter adversity. When you are in prosperity, you should be humble, always grateful and helpful; When faced with adversity and setbacks, wise people will regard it as an upside-down advantage to sharpen their progress. Just like when the Buddha was alive, the Buddha often slandered and hurt the Buddha. The Buddha not only didn't care, but regarded him as good knowledge, thus achieving six degrees of compassion and joy. Only when there is adversity can we be cautious, inspire us to find ways to deal with it, and turn adversity into prosperity. Therefore, "disaster comes from the mouth", and adversity is actually prosperity.

Second, the world is changing rapidly, how to deal with it? When it comes to human feelings, most people want others to treat them warmly, and they will be very sad and disgusted in the face of cold feelings. In fact, the friendship between gentlemen is as light as water, and "human feelings are indifferent to Taoist feelings." Human feelings are indifferent, but the selfless love of Taoist feelings is the most precious and sincere feeling in life, which lasts longer. Therefore, Miao Zen master in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty mentioned "doing nothing" in his book "Wang Bao Samadhi reciting Buddha":

First, if you don't want to get sick, you will be greedy and easy to live; Second, there is no difficulty in doing things. Without difficulty, arrogance will rise; Third, the heart does not seek obstacles, and the barrier-free heart is what you learn; Fourth, stand without seeking illusion, without seeking illusion, and the oath is not firm; Fifth, do not seek easy success, and scoff when it is easy; Sixth, friendship does not benefit us, but family benefits us, which is immoral; Seven, people don't want to be comfortable, and people will be proud of themselves if they are comfortable; Eight, Steer does not want to report, but keeps the purpose; Nine, don't ask for points when you see benefits, and make your mind faint; 10. Don't talk if you are suppressed. If you suppress a statement, resentment will breed.

These ten points, which seem to be adversity on the surface, are actually prosperity, which is the upper edge to help us cultivate our body and mind; Although there are many places that are not in line with human feelings on the surface, they are in line with Taoism. So we said, "Why fight for others and me in my dreams? Let go of your body and mind to see Gan Kun. " If we can let go of our obsession and confusion about this world, we can look at this world with a clear mind and look at Lang Lang Gan Kun in life!
