In the year of establishing the Happy Squadron, we have worked together, been proactive, learned skills, practiced skills, and increased our talents. Speaking of the name of our squadron, it is the crystallization of everyone’s wisdom. During the class meeting, the team members came up with ideas to give the class a loud and unique team name, and finally decided on the "White Pigeon Dream" squadron. Because the "white dove" is the favorite little animal of the team members, it symbolizes peace, friendship and freedom; every team member dreams of being able to soar freely in the sky like the little white dove, and when they grow up, they can fly in the vast sky. Realize your dreams between heaven and earth. Thus, Operation Happy officially began.

Carrying out a variety of activities is a feature of our squadron. Throughout the year, our squadron organized various activities. Festival celebrations, theme class activities, Eagle holiday team activities, squadron special activities, etc., rich activities attract the participation of every team member, and the interesting activity format makes everyone happy to participate. Harmonica playing is one of the characteristics of my class. The team members like this instrument very much and often use their spare time to train. They also participated in the Yangpu District Instrumental Music Competition this semester and won the third prize in the collective group. At the school's "June 1" campfire party, two pieces of music, "Sheep Shearing" and "Evening on the Suburbs of Moscow," were performed for all the teachers, students and parents of the school, and received high praise. In addition, my dancing skills are not inferior. I rehearsed a children's group dance with a strong sense of rhythm. The movements are neat and the formation is full of changes. During the activity, the team members collected information from various sources, looking for content from the Internet, libraries and other places. Each team member also created a computer tabloid with a theme of their own, and displayed it in the classroom learning garden for everyone to learn from. The team cadres carefully wrote the lines, the host recited them carefully, and the team members rehearsed the program with great enthusiasm, and they all demonstrated their abilities in the activities. In addition, our ten-minute team meeting and red scarf broadcast are also very distinctive, with diverse forms and novel content. The team members spread their imagination, practiced it one after another, and experienced the fun of innovation. Using the available objects around us, we used our brains to design environmentally friendly ideas such as multi-functional pencil cases, automatic trash cans, multi-change pens, light-sensitive cars and multi-functional cars. In the completely independent learning, the team members truly realized the joy of learning, creation and harvest. This semester, Teacher Jia came to our school to guide his work. Happy coaching

During the creation of Happy Squadron, I always insisted on happy coaching. Give them a smile every day and integrate democracy into the creation work. Looking back on every bit of this year, the team cadres have relied on me from the beginning to learning self-discipline and self-management in a happy democracy. The team members are also growing happily in this warm group. As a squadron counselor, I always remind myself to focus on "counseling", be their friend, and listen to their voices.

Student Hu in the class has poor behavioral standards. He is not attentive enough in class and often fights after class, which has caused a very bad influence in the class. In the process of creating the Happy Squadron, I focused on his strengths, encouraged him more and criticized him less, so that he could gradually build up his self-confidence. He was very happy when I made him the monitor on duty. When he didn't listen in class, I would touch his head and signal with a smile, and he would immediately come back to his senses and concentrate on listening to the class. In addition, I also launched a "Happy Assistance Activity" in the class, using collective strength to help him and make him feel the collective care and warmth. Now, with the help of everyone, Student Hu has made significant progress this semester, and he is also preparing to run for a small cadre next semester.
