2. The poem "My Motherland" is a companion piece of "Motherland, I am proud of you". They are two recited poems written in September 2003 and 10 in June. After it was published online in 2003, it was deeply loved by recitation lovers all over the country. They often recited this work at various parties and recitation competitions. On May 25th, 2008, after the earthquake of magnitude 8 occurred in Wenchuan, Sichuan, the program Starry Night Story of Beijing TV recorded the poem recitation concert of "Join hands with starry night for love". Hosts of Beijing TV Station Chun Ni, Wang Xudong, Nie Yijing, He Beiqi, Chen Chen and Zhao Ning recited My Motherland with the young actors of the Seven-color Light Art Troupe.
