Li Bai can be said to be the best spokesman of Tang poetry, and then Su Shi, a great writer, appeared in the Song Dynasty. Li Bai's style can be seen in his literary creation. So to some extent, these two great poets still have some similarities. Although born in different dynasties, it is even more impossible to meet. But from many details, we can feel Su Shi's worship and respect for this idol.
In many poems written by Su Dongpo, we can easily find that many words were written by Li Bai, or the artistic conception is very close. Both of them have a kind of lofty sentiments, but it is reflected in his thoughts, words and deeds that they find a subtle difference. Li Bai's heroism is free and easy, so when he was young, he would spend all his wealth and travel around the world with his sword. Such extraordinary actions are made by extraordinary people. The so-called fallen immortal, in addition to his temperament that does not conform to human fireworks, is also related to his own ideological realm
Su Shi's heroism is more because he can take a more detached attitude towards the ups and downs of life with the increase of experience and knowledge. Perhaps some people know that Su Shi is a Buddha worshipper, because he believes that life develops like that for a reason. Even in the frustrated stage of life, he was repeatedly demoted to a remote place to be an official, and he still worked and rested normally, unaffected.
