Wang Can's poetry has made great achievements, and Liu Xie has named it "the crown of seven sons" (Literary Mind Carves Dragons, Tales). Fang Dongshu commented on it as "desolation and sadness, only strength and health, Chen Si came down, only one person" (Volume II of Zhao Wei Zhan Yan). His poems also have a great influence on later generations. Zhong Rong's Poems said that famous poets such as Pan Yue, Zhang Xie, Zhang Hua, Liu Kun and Lu Chen all originated from him, and even Cao Pi, the Wei Wendi, was "quite a propagandist". Later generations called him and Cao Zhi "Cao Wang".
Wang charm (177-217) was born in Gaoping, Shanyang (now southwest of Zouxian County, Shandong Province). Born in a big family, he was appreciated by Cai Yong when he was a child, and he was called "having different talents". When he was 17 years old, he took refuge in Jingzhou because of the war. He was attached to Liu Biao and could not be reused. Later, he joined Cao Cao and was slapped by Cheng Xiang. Later, he moved to the army to make a drink offering, and he took a position in the service of Wei State. His sense of poetry and fu is sometimes chaotic, passionate and generous, and his mood is sad. Poems such as "Seven Sorrow Poems" describe the tragic scene caused by the warlord's melee and show the poet's deep sympathy for the people. "Ode to the Building" is a famous lyric poem in ancient times, which expresses the feeling of homesickness and the pain of not meeting talents.
