Recalling the creative background of Liu Bannong Jun
Liu Bannong was a pioneer of the May 4th literary revolution. He advocated new poetry, engaged in language and wrote papers, which made great contributions to the vernacular movement. From 65438 to 0920, he studied in Europe, studied languages from English to French, and obtained a doctorate. /kloc-returned to China in 0/925, 1930 was the president of the National Peking University Women's College, 1934 went to the northwest with colleagues to investigate dialects. He returned to Peiping in July and died of relapsing fever at the age of 44. Peking University once held a grand memorial service, and newspapers all over the country published news and mourning articles. Memories of Liu Bannong Jun was written in August of the same year, just over a month before Liu Bannong's death. This was written by Lu Xun at the request of Li Xiaofeng.
