What is the daydream content of Anshun Chang Ferry?

In the evening, the collecting group finally arrived at Anshun Field from Mianning. There was just a heavy rain yesterday, and the water level in Dadu River soared. The river is not too wide, the water is fast and the waves are rolling. The changeable flow direction of the river and the brown rocks flickering in the whirlpool are outrageous.

In the drizzle, I stood in memory of the Red Army crossing the Dadu River.

Anshun Chang, where the museum is located, looks at the rushing river on the rock engraved with the words "Dadu River Ferry" and falls into a long meditation.

This is a legendary land, but also a land soaked with blood. "Wing King tragically won the victory of the Red Army" is the best portrayal of An Shunchang.

In my reverie, my eyes suddenly conjured up two pictures, sometimes single and sometimes overlapping.

One is 142 years ago, Shi Dakai, the last leader of the Taiping Army, moved here on May 1863, preparing to cross the Dadu River and establish a base area in the western Sichuan Plain. After the failure of the Dadu River, Shi Dakai and his 40,000 soldiers were completely annihilated here. For several days and nights, the water of the Dadu River was dyed red with blood. Shi Dakai himself became a prisoner of the Qing army, was escorted to Chengdu, and was executed on June 23rd. Since then, the once mighty historical drama Taiping Heavenly Kingdom has finished its last scene here.

The other is that 70 years ago, the first army of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army led by Mao Zedong crossed the Jinsha River from Yunnan and entered Sichuan in the world-famous 25,000-mile Long March. After Huili, Xichang, Mianning and other places, he arrived at Anshunchang on May 24, ready to cross the Dadu River and continue northward, and make a detour to meet the West Sichuan Red Fourth Army. In the early morning of May 25th, Liu Bocheng and Nie personally commanded that the vanguard troops were only 1 wooden boat, eight boatmen and 17 soldiers, including a child who just turned 15 years old, each carrying a submachine gun and seven or eight grenades, which succeeded. Chiang Kai-shek's dream of turning the Red Army into a second Shi Dakai was shattered. The road for the Red Army to go north to resist Japan was thus opened.

After a lapse of 70 years, the opening of the two historical dramas is similar, but the ending is quite different. What is the reason for it

In Anshun field, an old man told us a story. 1935, when the Red Army came here, there was an old man in his 90s, a scholar in the late Qing Dynasty. Shi Dakai was a young man in his early twenties when he crossed the river. The Acting Director of the General Political Department of the Red Army visited the old man. Q: Why was Shi Dakai completely annihilated? A: Because the fighter plane was delayed! Q: Which is stronger, the Red Army or the Taiping Army? A: The Red Army is better. The old man then stressed that it is not appropriate to stay here for a long time, and the sooner you leave, the better.

Mao Zedong vowed not to let the Red Army suffer the fate of Taiping Army. He created a miracle with his will and wisdom!

Yes, 17 warriors showed us a truth: when the revolution is a matter of life and death, we must cross the river! This is because, without the victory of the Dadu River, there would be no victory of the Long March of the Chinese Red Army of Workers and Peasants, and there would be no thriving new China today.

The revolutionary martyrs have long gone, but their spirit will last forever like the sculpture in the memorial square.
