Jinlong River in Longyan is in a hurry.

Jinlong River is located in the east of Haicheng, and many locals are used to calling it Mother River. The reason why it is called Jinlong Fishing Song is that in ancient times, especially at night, many fishermen liked to sing while fishing on Jinlong River to express their joy of harvest. In addition, there are many people on both sides of the strait, which echo each other and form a beautiful picture together, so Jinlong Fishing Song has become one of the eight ancient scenes of Haifeng. Many Haifeng literati dedicated their poems to the beautiful scenery of Jinlong River and its surface. In ancient times, when traffic was underdeveloped and transportation channels were relatively simple, rivers not only added color to a city, but also became an indispensable carrier for inland cities. According to historical records, before liberation, there was only one stone bridge on Jinlong, which connected an important ancient street in Haifeng County-Dajie. Now, on the Jinlong River, the Jinlong Bridge, the North Bridge, the South Bridge and the Third Ring Bridge have been built one after another. The river bank is covered with trees and flowers. The golden dragon at night is brightly lit and picturesque. The source of Jinlong River is located at the southern foot of Lianhua Mountain, which passes through Haifeng County, then flows into Lijiang River and goes out to sea from Cheung Sha Wan. People merged Jinlong and its downstream Lijiang River basin into Lijiang River basin. We are surprised to find that eight scenic spots meet regularly: Yinping Waterfall, Lotus Peak, Wanshou Xiaozhong, Jinlong Fishing Song, Lijiang Moonlight, Changsha Night Rain and Haimen Tide, all of which are located in the Lijiang River Basin. What's even more surprising is that Jinlong Fishing Song ranks among the top seven scenic spots. It is difficult to prove whether this is a coincidence or an intentional arrangement by the ancients. Jinlong slowly flows south, and Peng Pai's former residence, Zhunti Pavilion, Haifeng Farmers' Association and other historical sites are all located by the river. Hundreds of generations of rivers and mountains, human metabolism, whether thinking about the past or today, Jinlong River is improving the historical penetration and cultural heritage of Haifeng ancient city.
