Creation background: 187 1 year, there was a war between France and Prussia, which was called "Franco-Prussian War" in history. When the French were defeated, Pu Jun came to Paris at the gates. The French government bowed its knees to suppress the domestic people. In March of the same year, the government forces clashed with the Paris civil armed forces "National Guard", which led to the outbreak of the workers' uprising in Paris.
The uprising workers soon occupied the whole city and drove away the bourgeois government. Soon, the people elected their own political power-the Paris Commune.
