Writing characteristics of epigram poems
In Tibetan literature, in order to make the original boring philosophy fascinating, the author should be familiar with all kinds of myths and legends and important allusions, be good at using all kinds of metaphors, and carefully observe the surrounding environment and daily things, such as the sun, moon, stars, mountains and rivers, flowers and trees, birds and animals and their relationship with people, so as to make the narrative analysis more vivid and easy to understand. Therefore, epigram poems can be used not only as warning proverbs to appreciate elegance and vulgarity, but also as poems to study their writing style, artistic conception and language skills. It can also be used as academic research to explore Tibetan philosophy, religion, political thought, moral norms and social phenomena at a certain stage.
