The modern classics known as the "Three Schools of Poetry" are "Qi Shi", "Lu Shi" and "Han Shi".
In the Han Dynasty, there were four schools of Lu, Qi, Han and Mao who taught the Book of Songs:
"Poetry of Lu" was passed down by Shen Pei, a native of Lu;
"Shi of Qi" was passed down by Yuan Gu, a native of Qi;
"Shi of Han" was passed down by Han Ying, a native of Yan.
The above three schools are called "Jinwen Jing". They were established as academic officials in the Western Han Dynasty and were called "Three Schools of Poetry". Together with "Mao Shi", it is called "Four Family Poems".
The Chun Qiu Zuo Shi Zhuan, the Chun Qiu Gong Yang Zhuan and the Chun Qiu Gu Liang Zhuan are collectively known as the Three Chun Qiu Chuan. However, "Gongyang Zhuan" and "Gu Liang Zhuan" purely explain the "Spring and Autumn" in terms of theory, while "Zuo Zhuan" is essentially an independently written history book. It's just that later generations may have done corresponding processing after combining it with "Spring and Autumn". Some words that specifically explain the "calligraphy" of "Spring and Autumn" and have nothing to do with historical facts are obviously added later.
A rhyme form created by the Chu people represented by Qu Yuan during the Warring States Period in China. The name Chu Ci was first seen in Sima Qian's "Historical Records: Biography of Curious Officials" in the early Western Han Dynasty. In the Han Dynasty, Chu Ci was also called Ci or Ci Fu. At the end of the Western Han Dynasty, Liu Xiang compiled 16 works by Qu Yuan and Song Yu, as well as works by Huainan Xiaoshan, Dongfang Shuo, Wang Bao, Liu Xiang and others in the Han Dynasty that imitated Qu Yuan and Song Yu, and named it "Songs of Chu". Songs of Chu then became the name of a collection of poems. Since Qu Yuan's "Li Sao" is the representative work of "Chu Ci", Chu Ci is also called Sao or Sao style.
Led by Qu Yuan, there is a group of writers of Chu Ci and Chu Fu including Song Yu, Tang Le and Jing Cha. Among them, Qu Yuan is famous for his Chu Ci, and Song Yu and others followed Qu Yuan's example and became famous for Chu Fu.
As for the person with the highest level and the most works, Qu Yuan is the first, followed by Song Yu, so later generations may be collectively known as "Qu and Song"
