1921on July 23rd, the first national congress of China * * * production party was held in Shanghai. During the meeting, a French concession patrol suddenly broke into the meeting place and the meeting was forced to be interrupted.
So, the last day of the meeting was held on a yacht in Nanhu, Jiaxing, Zhejiang. After discussion, the Congress adopted the first program and resolution of the China Producer Party, and elected the Party's leading body, the Central Bureau. The first congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) announced the formal establishment of China Producers' Party.
1938 in may, Mao Zedong put forward in the article "on protracted war": "July 1st this year is the 17th anniversary of the founding of the China * * * production party." This is the first time that the leading comrades of the Central Committee clearly put forward that "July 1st" is the anniversary of the birth of the Party. So July 2002 1 year1day is the centenary of the founding of the party.
