Yuan Mei was a brilliant writer in the literary world in the mid-Qing Dynasty. He has made great achievements in poetry, prose, novels and poetics. In the more than two hundred years since Ganjia, there have been different opinions and perspectives on Yuan Mei and his works. To sum up, it mainly focuses on Yuan Mei's creation, life story, thoughts and literary ideas. Although the academic research on Yuan Mei has expanded in depth and breadth, the research on Yuan Mei's literary creation is far from enough. Interpretation, interpretation and comments on Yuan Mei's works have always been the soft spot of Yuan Mei's research. In the history of China literature, Yuan Mei first existed as a talented poet, and Yuan Mei was famous in the literary world of Qing Dynasty for his poetry creation. Therefore, studying Yuan Mei's poetry creation will help us to understand this poet leader more objectively and deeply. Through the study of Fang Shan's Poems, we can easily find that landscape poems occupy a certain proportion, especially Yuan Mei wrote a large number of landscape poems in his later years. These poems were written by the poet when he traveled to famous mountains and rivers. They have diverse styles and rich feelings, and are deeply branded with his spiritual theory. In other words, Yuan Mei's landscape poems are closely related to his poetic theory and aesthetic principles. On the basis of analyzing the inheritance of Yuan Mei's landscape poetry creation to predecessors, this paper tries to combine his poetic theory of "the theory of soul" with landscape poetry creation, and show readers the unique artistic characteristics and aesthetic charm of Yuan Mei's landscape poetry. The introduction part of the article mainly tells the current research situation and latest trends of Yuan Mei's landscape poems in academic circles, and points out the starting point of the author's research and the goal he is trying to achieve. The first chapter expounds the main conditions of Yuan Mei's landscape poetry creation from three aspects: the social atmosphere of tourism at that time, Yuan Mei's youthful retirement life, enough time and energy to travel and write poems, and the influence of previous poets on Yuan Mei. The second chapter describes the natural artistic features of Yuan Mei's landscape poems, which are only suitable for me, and shows the unique artistic features of Yuan Mei's landscape poems, from simple, fluent, popular and natural language to wonderful and appropriate allusions, from sketching techniques to the application of ancient poems and general poems. The third chapter analyzes the aesthetic charm of Yuan Mei's landscape poems in detail based on Yuan Mei's theory of soul. Yuan Mei's landscape poems are vivid and full of vitality, giving people a sense of life full of business. Yuan Mei often incorporates rare humor into these novel and ingenious landscape poems, which makes his landscape poems have strong subjective color and personality characteristics.
