Letter writing format

Basic format of correct letter writing:

A letter generally includes five parts: title, body, ending, signature and date.

Address: the first line is marked with the name and address (or just the address) of the recipient, and sometimes the words "dear, dear" are added to show the goodwill and respect for the recipient; Then add a colon to indicate that the following words are addressed to him.

Text: Start writing the text on another blank line, that is, the content of the letter. The text usually writes greetings first. Greeting is a kind of etiquette, and there are many greetings, including holiday greetings, which can be divided into paragraphs independently.

The text is the main part of the letter and the purpose of writing. What the author wants to say and do is written here. The text should be written in the two spaces in the next line of the greeting, and in the top space when changing careers. There are a lot of things to say and do, so write in sections, one thing at a time, one thing at a time, and one thing at a time. Write two spaces at the beginning of each paragraph.

Conclusion: After writing the article, you should write some words expressing wishes, respect or encouragement, which are also called tribute. Address should be different according to different objects, and greetings such as "salute" and "health" should be written in a separate line.

Signature: written at the bottom right after the end of the text. The distance between the signature and the salutation can be determined according to the number of stationery left. When signing, according to the relationship with the recipient, you can have your surname or not. Traditionally, according to the relationship with the recipient, titles such as "Sun", "Brother" and "Old Friend" are written in the upper left corner of the name, and the font is small.

Date: generally written under the signature. It's best to write down the date so that the recipient knows the time of writing.

Notes on writing 1. You must adopt a good style and attitude when writing letters. Attitude determines everything. When writing a letter, don't let the pen tip dance with the dragon and phoenix because of the ups and downs of your mood. Neat and decent writing is the first element of writing letters.

2. Letters need to have main contents and central ideas. Those vague and vague ones should not be called letters, but should be called "reflection letters", that is, let the writer reflect on his letters.
