Poet Feng Na shares "Who is Poetry Dedicated to"
In 2022, the second theme reading activity of Guangzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles was held in the Pearl River Literature Creation Base. Feng Na, a poet, writer, young scholar of Sun Yat-sen University and winner of the National Minority Literature Creation Award, was present and took the audience into the world of poetry with the theme of "Who is poetry dedicated to".

Chen Chongzheng, vice president of Guangzhou Literature and Art Newspaper Association and vice president and secretary general of Guangzhou Writers Association, presided over the event. During the sharing, Feng Na first introduced various ways of presenting poetic elements in public space, including music, movies, architecture and so on. She said that people often say "poetry and distance", as if poetry is far away from our daily life. In fact, "poetry is the pursuit and desire of each of us for beauty and goodness, and it has always been around us."
Poetry teaching has existed in ancient China, and its purpose is to cultivate people's virtue of being a gentleman, which has played a positive role in cultivating people's virtue. Nowadays, Feng Na actively participates in the poetry education of teenagers while writing poems. She believes that children have a pure poetic heart, naive language and rich imagination, and can write very beautiful sentences with a little guidance. "While teaching children, they also taught me a lot." Feng Na said.

Feng Na believes that literary and art workers should handle the relationship between themselves and others in the process of creation. Combined with the design process of Guangzhou Grand Theatre, she told the audience about the important role of emotion in art. "We can feel the most primitive and beautiful childlike innocence through poetry, and at the same time gain a profound voice, we can understand daily life, observe society, understand history and respond to the times."
