Notes on Hongyan

Content introduction:

Red Rock is a patriotic novel. The author vividly describes the characters' demeanor, movements and psychological activities, which fully shows the author's feelings of loving the motherland. 1948 is the last day of the enemy's dying struggle. At this critical moment, Zhigao Pu, who was overconfident, self-assertive, and ignored the overall situation, was caught by the cunning and treacherous enemy and became a shameful traitor. Because Zhigao Pu provided a very favorable confession to the enemy, the party suffered great losses. Many underground party member engaged in secret work exposed their identities and fell into the hands of the enemy. In prison, everyone remained steadfast, tried every means to carry out revolutionary activities, and finally successfully escaped from prison.

Character introduction:

Xu Yunfeng: He loves the revolution and is a revolutionary leader loyal to the Party. He was frightened when the enemy heard his name. In prison, he was alone in a dark, cold and hungry underground cell, wearing heavy handcuffs and shackles, and was tortured by the enemy to the skin and bones, scarred. He also insisted on digging out the cement and sand in the crack of the rock bit by bit with his hands, making his fingers covered with blood. After a long period of excavation, the rock can finally be moved and a tunnel leading to the outside world is excavated. For the benefit of everyone, he gave up the chance to escape and left the hope of survival to others.

Hua: He hid from the enemy for fifteen years. During this long time, he played dumb and suffered a lot. At the critical moment of the revolution, he acted as the liaison between the prison and the outside world and played a vital role in rescuing his comrades.

Cheng Gang: In prison, when he was beaten black and blue by the enemy and was dying, he was determined not to tell the secrets of the party. When this self-righteous enemy stuck the newly developed "Tell the truth" into Cheng Gang's body with a needle, he tried to get something useful from Cheng Gang's mouth. Because of Cheng Gang's firm will, the enemy's plan fell through.

Liu Siyang: Born in a wealthy family, but loyal to the revolution. The garden house at home is spacious and comfortable, and the cell is small, crowded and stinking; You don't have to worry about food and clothing at home. What you eat in your cell is rotten rice that is hard to swallow. But he resolutely chose the revolution and knocked on the door of the party with his own actions.

Jiang Xueqin: At the gate, when I saw my missing lover killed by the enemy, I tried my best to hide my grief. I'm impressed by my calmness. In prison, Jiang Jie was tortured by the enemy. The vicious enemy whipped his fingers with whips and bamboo sticks and tried every means to make Jie Jiang yield.

Feeling:

See later produced in the * * * party member old seven with his body to help his comrades to stop bullets, leaving the blood at the foot of the rock red, I couldn't help but burst into tears again. I don't know how many predecessors' blood made us live a happy life now. We should cherish it.

Reflections on Hongyan

"There is a heavy chain ringing under your feet, so you can hold the whip high. I don't need any "confession", even if my chest is facing a bloody bayonet! People can't lower their noble heads, but beg for "freedom" for fear of death; What is torture? Death can't make me talk! I laugh at death, and the devil's palace shakes in laughter; This is me-a "confession" in party member, singing a song of triumph to bury the Chiang family dynasty. " This poem "My Confessions" is from the novel "Red Rock" by Luo Guangbin and Yang Yiyan. It is a famous poem left by young party member and revolutionary martyr Chen Ran (the realistic prototype of Cheng Gang in "Red Rock") in prison in the face of the enemy's torture and death threats. 1949, 10 year128 October, Chen Ran was killed by a Kuomintang spy. He was only 26 when he died. He fulfilled his solemn oath to the party with his own life: "As long as there is breath, he will fight for the revolution to the end!" " More than half a century has passed in a hurry, but when we stand at the beginning of the new century and suddenly look back, the passion and pride nurtured by poetry remain the same. It rippled with the sound of waves lapping against the rocks on the shore.

The authors of Red Rock are Yang Yiyan and Luo Guangbin. Yang Yiyan was arrested in September 1948 and detained in Zhazidong, Chongqing. He and nearly 300 revolutionary martyrs imprisoned here were tortured and inhuman. At that time, Yang Yiyan, who was only 23 years old, had just graduated from Tongji University and returned to his hometown of Chongqing with the heart of saving the country. He was targeted by Kuomintang agents. He was one of the survivors rescued by relatives and friends before the massacre of Kuomintang agents in Zhazidong prison on June 5438+0949+065438+1October 27. Luo Guangbin was introduced to the Party by (Jie Jiang), and was arrested and detained in Bai Mansion. 1949,165438+127 late at night, when the military spy slaughtered the dross cave for the first time, due to insufficient troops, all the guards of the White House were transferred to the dross cave to concentrate on killing the producers of * * *. In the case that the secret agents in Bai Mansion are empty, wait for 18 revolutionary comrades to take the opportunity to escape from the enemy's imprisonment. I personally experienced the life-and-death struggle between light and darkness. As survivors and the most direct witnesses, the two authors wrote the revolutionary memoir "Eternal Life in Fire" on 1959. On this basis, they further collected and sorted out the struggles of the martyrs, concentrated, refined and recreated the art, and wrote this magnificent novel with three years of hard work.
