Brief introduction of Fujiang Three Gorges

The Three Gorges of Fujiang River is located in jiangyou city, Sichuan. It is the hometown of Li Bai, the gateway of Jiuzhai, the throat of Shu Dao, the city of China's poetry and the hometown of gunpowder. It is located between Doukuang Mountain, a national AAAA tourist scenic spot in jiangyou city, and Guanwu Mountain, a Buddhist holy place, near Ape Cave and Tibetan King Village. It starts from Nanzeba, Fantiegou, Xiang Yan, Pingwu County in the north and reaches Baishigou, Wudu Town in the southeast, with a total length of about 20 kilometers. The total drop is nearly 50m, and the average longitudinal gradient of riverbed is about 2.5‰. From Fantiegou to the south, these six canyons are Shimen Guan Xia, Pingyi Gorge, Niujiao Gorge, Zangwangzhai Gorge, Niubizi Gorge, Digging Golden Gorge and other scenic spots in turn. In 2009, after the completion of Wudu Water Diversion Project Reservoir, the backwater in the reservoir area is as long as 37 kilometers, which can directly reach Nanzeba in Pingwu County. By then, the reach of the Three Gorges will be integrated and become the most promising artificial lake. The Ministry of Water Resources officially awarded the Three Gorges of Fujiang River as "the thirteenth batch of national water conservancy scenic spots".
