What are the bottom lines of self-improvement, Dong Qing?

The first part: a thick coat wraps a career; Bottom line: I am full of poems and books.

From: Farewell to Dongchuan

Song sushi

I am full of life, I am full of poems and books.

Tired of cooking leaves with old Confucianism, it is better to step on Sophora japonica with children.

If it's empty, you can't find a spring horse or see a car.

Proud of the secular, Sun Wong wet words such as crow.

Vernacular interpretation: Life is alive, wrapped in coarse clothes and poor clothes, and the temperament of learning in the chest is naturally brilliant. I don't like chatting with the old Confucian about the bitter days of "cooking leaves", so I decided to take the imperial examination with the scholars.

There is no money in the pocket not to buy a "painted face" horse, but look back at the dazzling "choosing a husband's car". I can also boast to secular people in the exam, and my name is written in crow black on the imperial edict.

Appreciate:

This poem is characterized by clever allusions and profound implications. Among them, "humility with poetry and books" is a famous sentence that has been passed down to this day. "Poetry" refers to books here; "Qi" refers to temperament and demeanor; "Hua" means glorious and different.

From the context of praising Dong Chuan in poetry, separately, that is to say, people who are diligent in reading always have a refined atmosphere, which makes them look different. It is precisely because it sums up a common phenomenon among scholars that it has become a famous sentence about reading and learning and is widely quoted.

Creative background:

The poem "Farewell to Dong Chuan" was given to Dong Chuan when Su Shi left office and Fengxiang signed a sentence to go to Bianjing and passed through Chang 'an. In the sixth year of Jiayou (106 1), Su Shi took the Chinese secondary school exam, which is usually called "three-year Beijing Examination", and got the third grade. He was awarded the judge of Fengxiang House in Dali, accompanied by Dong. Dong Chuan is down and out in Fengxiang, preparing to take the imperial examination. Su Shi wrote this poem after returning to Chang 'an in the second year.
