Add five shallots and chopped green onion and three or five slices of ginger to the chicken, cook in cold water, take out and let it cool.

Chop ginger, garlic and millet pepper, slice onion and cut parsley.
3. Pour the above materials into the chicken with cold water. Add proper amount of aged vinegar, soy sauce, salt, chili oil, green pepper oil and sesame oil, mix well and serve.
