What is the difference between the so-called "literati poems" and "poet poems"?

Poets are literati, and literati are not necessarily poets.

For example, although Nalan Rong Ruo's ci is famous for its clarity, it is not as mysterious as Li Shangyin's ci. In fact, Rong Ruo is knowledgeable and has too many wonderful ideas. Some words just seem clear, but in fact the allusions are profound, subtle and tortuous. Compared with Li Shangyin, they belong to literati poems, not poet poems.
