Spring is too late for flowers to bloom, summer cicadas are already buzzing on the branches, yellow leaves are fluttering, autumn is not over, and winter is here again in the blink of an eye. Year after year goes by so fast!
Standing at the alley in 2022, looking back at my 2021, I can vividly remember every step of my growth.

There are many ways to grow, and I think there will always be one that suits me. Taking detours is not necessarily a bad thing. Perhaps, when you recall one day in the future, everything will become an inspirational story.
1. Recognize yourself and take the initiative to grow
If I want to use one word to describe my first half of the year, I think "inaction" is the most appropriate word. "Lulu" here describes the appearance of complicated and hard work.
It took two months to participate in a competition, and I worked hard, but did not get the desired results; I gave a public class, and although I was fully prepared, something unexpected happened; and I was so tired. The topic of cervical spondylosis...
Each piece of evidence shows that my original knowledge and abilities have long since failed to keep up with the times, and my professional level needs to be improved urgently. In addition, I also realized that one person’s power is limited and that continuous professional growth cannot be achieved without the power of a team.
2. Find an organization and grow together
During the summer vacation, I finally waited for the "Notice of the Xinxiang Municipal Education Bureau on the Selection of Members of the Henan Provincial Famous Class Teacher Studio in 2021". In April this year, I saw the list of provincial famous class teacher studio hosts on the official account of Henan Class Teachers. Teacher Ma is the only one in Xinxiang City. From then on, I thought that I must not miss the selection of members this year.
Filling out the application form, writing a personal growth report, and later, after passing the interview, I finally became a member of the studio of Ma Lihong, a famous class teacher in Henan Province. I know that this is a new starting point for my growth.
Under the leadership of Teacher Ma, we systematically studied policies and regulations, implemented the "double reduction" policy, and learned how to do a good job as a class teacher in an orderly manner. Each of us publishes at least one public account every month. The themes of the first two months are: moral education, mental education, autonomy, and management. This month is growth and list. In the process of "formal" writing, I learned to reflect, learn to use theory to guide practice, and then rise from practice to theory.
3. Guidance by famous teachers, happy growth
I remember when I was preparing the first theme of the official account, moral education and mental education, I didn’t know how to start, even though there were hundreds of thousands of words in it. articles, but none of them can be used directly. The team leader, teacher Liu Yuxiang, gave me pointers again and again, and finally completed the task.
I am very glad that I met Teacher Liu. She not only reads a lot, but also has published books. More importantly, she has many methods. She led our group to conduct daily readings and guided us in writing. I gradually developed theme awareness and reader awareness from the original casual writing.
Growth is both a state and a realm. We are always on the road. As long as life continues, growth will continue.
